Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs within Canada are indicated on each item - some items have shipping included in the price, others still require shipping costs to be added
- Shipping worldwide can also be arranged
- Shipping in Canada is with Canada Post, but Fedex can also be arranged
Returns & Refunds
- Most items can be returned for a full refund, except for the shipping costs, unfortunately I cannot provide refund for shipping costs at this time
- If I do not have an item in stock, I am happy to order it for you. If there is an item that would not qualify for a refund, I will let you knwo in advance of order

I am happy to consult and offer any suggestions, but here are some frequently asked questions that may help.
How does it work?
I can help you purchase almost any brand of shoes… however, the discount I received varies! I have some shoes in stock, which you can see in the shop here, but I am happy to order others. The brands I have the best discount are Be Lenka, Ahinsa and Peerko… Peerko is custom made, so the orders take 6-8 weeks to make, then shipping. For Be Lenka, I place a group order (once every 2-4 weeks), and use my wholesale discount to cover the shipping costs from Europe to Canada, taxes and duties. I also try to cover the shipping in Canada, but currently have to charge $10 for shipping in Canada or local pick up in Victoria, BC. Please email me your order and I will add it to the group order. Once your shoes arrive to me, I will connect with you, collect the payment and ship to you via Canada Post.
What is the process to return an item if I am not satisfied?
If the shoe fits, great… if it does not, I am here to help. I accept returns unless otherwise stated (i.e. custom orders)
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please email any questions regarding your order to [email protected]
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept payments via paypal or e-transfer.
Where are your products made?
Almost every brand of shoes that I resell are made in a different country. Many are made in Europe (Slovakia, Czech Republic and Portugal are big shoe manufacturing countries).
What materials are the items made of?
I resell both leather and vegan shoes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally, Items in stock will ship the next day and it usually takes 2-5 business days within Canada. Orders of items in stock in the warehouse in Europe usually ship within a week and are then delivered 2-3 weeks from order. Some brands are made to order, such as BotyLuks and Peerko – those take 6-8 weeks.
